NOTICE OF THE EREWASH VALLEY CAMRA 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – TO BE HELD AT THE SPANISH BAR, ILKESTON, ON MONDAY 5TH MARCH 2018 This meeting will commence at 8.00pm. You must bring you CAMRA card to allow you to vote at the AGM.

MOTIONS FOR DEBATE Please email details of any Motions for Debate at the Annual General meeting, to the Branch secretary – ku.gro.armac.hsawere@yraterces - by no later than noon on Saturday 3rd March 2018. Motions must include details of both the proposer and seconder.

NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE POSTS Nominations from CAMRA members are invited for all committee posts. Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by two CAMRA members. Nominations can be made by email to the Branch secretary – ku.gro.armac.hsawere@yraterces - by no later than noon on Monday 5th March 2018, or in person before the commencement of the AGM.

A brief branch meeting will follow the AGM.
